4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund, unless otherwise stated.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or full payment.
• Exquisite Taxi & Tours Antigua reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduled service.

• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during transfers and tours.
• Participation in tours is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence.
